     Firm or Individual who must offer for sale a product that is resold by member distributors or offer for sale a product or service for which member distributors are the end user and utilize in sufficient quantity in the normal operations of their business, AND sell that product or service to a representative number of members distributors as well as pay an annual fee $250.00.
